MAHESA GROUP has also performed the development and improvement of HR competence through internal and external trainings held by the Company. The implementation of quality is a strategic and anticipatory measure amidst the development of Indonesia’s economy that is currently on an upward trajectory.

MAHESA GROUP continues to implement international standards policies in order to deliver qualified building construction. This policy covers the crossed culture acknowledgement and world class construction performance. MAHESA GROUP has also done some joint operations with international construction companies and sends its employees to attend various training events to upgrade their competence and to explore international business ethics.

The continuous development of human resources is essential to accommodate the Company’s business needs. Demand for qualified human resources is met by conducting trainings for employees, by sending them to attend seminars to hone their skills and competency.

The rising trend of our human resources’ capability is in line with the good result of our Customer Satisfaction Index. This is proven by MAHESA GROUP’s repeat customer rate which continues to reach above 60% each year.

We have implemented cost efficiency strategy to offer customers a more competitive price compatible with the value embedded in each project. Deploying such efficiency, we have managed to increase our profit every year.

MAHESA GROUP is confident to embrace a brighter future through its corporate plan. MAHESA GROUP will gradually improve its management corporate portfolio in order to reach 25% growth in accordance with the decision from the Board of Commissioners.
